Special features of the TMM series
Construction : Sturdy, self-stiff granite construction with inclined bed bridge ensures reproducible measurements over the entire working day.
Sensor technology: Tactile-tactile or tactile-scanning, vertically or swivel-mounted, thanks to the perfectly integrated measuring heads from Renishaw, the TMM can be optimally adapted to the measuring task.
Measurement volume: Three standard sizes and the option for adapted variants offer a solution for every measurement task. Measuring distances in the X-axis of 600 mm, 800 mm and 1000 mm and in the Y-axis of 800 mm, 1200 mm and 2000 mm are optimally rounded by the measuring distance of the Z axis of 600 mm and 800 mm.
Accuracy: In addition to the technically optimal design, assistance systems were also integrated into the standard device in order to be able to cope with rough production days. This also includes the temperature compensation for all three axes and the workpiece. The TMM series also relies on energy-efficient engine technology, which is characterized by low heat generation and low consumption values.
Safety: If the vibrations in the ground become too large, the basis for a stable measurement is no longer available. An active vibration damping protects the measuring machine against environmental influences. You can optionally add these to the respective machine size directly when configuring your measuring machine.
