Application fields of the WMM series
The machines of the WMM series provide you with a precise system for the rapid measurement of rotationally symmetrical objects up to 2200 mm in length and a maximum of 400 mm in diameter. The length and diameter, radii, angle, chamfers, as well as all necessary shape and position tolerances can be measured and determined in the basic equipment.
All in one - the WMM series also reduces your throughput times.
Hohe Messgeschwindigkeit, einfache Bedienung und die Mess- und Auswertesoftware SAPHIR präferieren das System für den Werkstatt- und Messraumeinsatz in besonderer Weise. Der wesentliche Vorteil gegenüber vergleichbaren Systemen ist die hohe Messgenauigkeit nicht nur bei Durchmessern, sondern auch bei Längen, kleinsten Konturen, Radien und Einstichen an rotationssymmetrischen Messobjekten. Zusätzlich besteht die Möglichkeit der präzisen Auflichtmessung von Grundbohrungen, Nuten und sonstigen, nicht im Durchlicht messbaren Konturen und Elementen. Sollte das noch nicht ausreichen, kann ab der WMM 300 ein vollwertiger, taktiler 6-Wege Messtaster TP200 und ab der WMM 450 sogar ein scannender Messtaster SP25 integriert werden. Dann wird aus der 2D- eine 3D-Wellenmessmaschine.
The mathematically integrated CNC axis of rotation and the possibility of individual illumination of the measuring point with the switchable sector reflected light ensure a complete and constantly precise measurement.
