The ASM 142 Series leak detector is used by the semiconductor, cryogenic and aerospace industries, Research and Development labs and any industry that uses a vacuum process.
This universal leak detector can be used for production or quality control of mechanical components (seals, valves, small parts) and instrumentation (sensors). And allows for full automation of the test cycle. It offers inboard and outboard leak testing capabilities. And has a 10 m3/h (7 cfm) roughing capacity.
