The EE300 is a third generation weight & cable inventory level measuring sensor consisting of a sensing weight, heavy duty stainless steel cable, distance measuring component, position detection sensor and electronics (includes firmware). The EE300 electromechanical inventory level measuring system sensor detects the sensing weight status and measures the empty space distance within the vessel during a measuring cycle. Upon initiation of a measuring cycle the sensing weight and cable system is lowered into the vessel until the sensing weight contacts the material surface, which is detected by the position sensing system, then the sensing weight and cable system is raised and returned to the starting socketed position. When the measuring cycle is completed all EE300 electromechanical inventory level measuring system outputs and data are updated.
