It is an insulation tester with a F.S(Full Scale) 100 ㎂, 1.5 Class high accuracy analog meter.
At first the operator preset the reference value once, then tester measures the insulation of the product and judges Good or Bad.
The way to preset the reference value is to push the button and adjust the volume while watching on the meter. The insulation resistance depends on each other product, mostly if the insulation resistance value is higher, the product is better. This tester is suitabe for mass product test.
