CONTROL OPTION “VARIO”
The “Vario” is suitable for handling different loads (no pre-adjustment to load weight) – load control is by means of up/down buttons in the gripping unit. Depending on application and gripper, additional controls are possible, e.g. for vacuum on/off or
for pneumatic clamping/releasing.
POWER SUPPLY
Works only with compressed air (no electric power), can therefore
also be used in explosion-hazarded areas.
Only compressed air is required for lifting, therefore highly cost effective.
SPIRAL HOSE
The compressed air is supplied to the gripping unit via a flexible spiral hose. This ensures very convenient and ergonomic load handling operations.
CONTROL OPTION “BALANCE”
Thanks to intuitive touch control of the gripper, this option is ideal for handling uniform goods. With this version, the control unit is pre-adjusted to the weight of the load to be handled. Depending on application and gripper, additional controls are possible, e.g. for vacuum on/off or for pneumatic clamping/releasing.
SUSPENSION & SUPPORT
The BalanceLift can be mounted to the following suspension & support systems: Overhead rail system (BalanceRail), mobile crane (BalanceStand), aluminium gantry system (BalancePort), wall or pillar mounting, or installed in existing customer equipment.
