The Rod-mount makes it easy to attach the AquaCalc to your wading rod or bridge crane.
The 25 key keypad puts the most used functions at your finger tips. For those of you who still wish to hear your meter “clicks”, the internal speaker will let you hear them without a headset, and can sound a tone when you press a key or when the AquaCalc displays a message.
The user interface has been designed to make taking stream discharge measurements easier. With the larger display it is possible to see up to three observations in a vertical on the same screen, plus measurement settings and messages. Plus a continuous display of estimated instantaneous velocity so that you can see what the stream is doing before you begin your “official” observation.
