The 3-027-R002 SF6 Volume Percentage Measuring Device is simple to operate and pressure independent. The measuring principle is based on the evaluation of the velocity of sound. A microprocessor converts the measured values to an SF6 volume percentage; these values are then displayed on an LED display.

Within a matter of seconds, an operator can verify whether or not the sampled gas meets minimum purity standards. If the analysis determines the purity is above the acceptable minimum limit, the gas can then be reused.
