QUARTZ can be used as a stand-alone vibration analyzer, all measurement and data are stored in nonvolatile memory, and as an integral part of the condition monitoring system, using powerful software DIAMOND-2.
Together with vibration analyzer QUARTZ can be used 8-channel expansion unit for simultaneous measurements and for consecutive measurements it is possible to use 4, 16 and 64-channel multiplexers.
For diagnostics of rolling element bearings and gears in the analyzer QUARTZ implemented special functions, such as envelope spectrum, kurtosis and crest factor.
For low-speed machines vibration analyzer QUARTZ can be supplied in low-frequency version (lower limit frequency 0.3 Hz) complete with low-frequency vibration sensors.
