Feature:
Based on abundant experiences, the ovens achieve a maximum of 600°C as the equipment using non-oxidation atmospheres.
We have abundant experiences in supplying this series of ovens for production by glass substrate, defatting ceramics and other materials.
A chamber external cooling system using a cooling blower lowers the temperature from 600°C to 100°C in 150 min. (INH-21CD).
N2 purging achieves 20 ppm of residual O2 concentration.
The oil seal and silicone seal keep airtightness, and the water-cooling mechanism further protects the seals from heat.
