The R2SC comes in two models, the R2SC.28 with a flow rate of 28.3 LPM and the R2SC.50 has a flow rate of 28.3 SLPM, or 60 SCFH or 1 CFM. These controllers are ideal devices for meeting your routine monitoring requirements for your ISO 6 through ISO 9 Bulk Production areas, as well as In-Process monitoring of your critical ISO 5 Rooms, Hoods and Isolators.
