The added plus is the low base price in a modular system. The device can be operated manually or with a motor. A dial indicator or the evaluation software FGI pro is used for evaluation. The ZWP24 instrument has, in comparison, a larger machine base bed.
- Particularly suitable for use on the shop floor, directly at the gear cutting machine, to carry out initial inspections of the manufactured gears.
- Inspection of spur gears, worms and worm wheels.
- Repeatability with calibration set from FRENCO < 1.5 µm.
