Characteristics and purposes
Shore durometer is a measure of the hardness of vulcanized rubber and plastic products of the instrument, which are A type, D type, C type three forms. Types A and D are suitable for testing hardness of low and medium hardness rubber materials, respectively. Type C when applied to the compression rate of 50%, the stress 0.049MPa above, and with use of rubber, foamed plastic containing shoes made of a microporous material hardness agent for the test. The hardness tester implements the relevant provisions of GB/T531, GB2411, HG/T2489, and JB6148.
