Overview:
Automatic instrument for the measurement of electrical resistivity of semi-conductive rubber and thermoplastic. The instrument is available with sample holders in compliance with ISO 1853 or ASTM D 991.
The instrument applies tension to the ends of a test-piece and measures the difference in potential which is generated by means of two electrodes at a specific distance

Regulation of Voltage applied to the sample
Automatic regulation of the voltage to obtain the required current intensity depending on resistance of the test-piece

Usable Samples
Flat samples with width 10 or 20 mm, length 50 or 100 mm, thickness 2 mm can be used
Test-piece holder support
Up to 3 samples can be mounted on the sample holder. The 3 samples can be tested without interrupting the power supply
Conditioning of the samples
The sample holder can be removed from the instrument and inserted in a stove for sample conditioning
Electrode Holder support
Two electrode holder supports are supplied with weight as per standards and distance between electrodes of 10 and 20 mm
