The ICR3 set includes 3 near-field micro-probes, a bias tee and the cables required for measurement. Different ICR Near-Field Probes can be selected depending your needs - from a frequency range between 0.5 MHz - 6 GHz. The ICR3 set is particularly suitable for Langer scanners. The existing Bias Tee is attached to the scanner and the near-field micro-probes can be attached to the rotary unit of the scanner for different measuring tasks.
