The LRPlus bench mounted testing machines from Lloyd Instruments combine high performance, flexibility, and exceptional ease of use. These materials testing machines are ideal for testing applications up to 50 kN (11241 lbf) and are suited for long term cycling or load rate / load holding applications.
The high stiffness frame incorporates a crosshead guidance system to prevent side loading of the test sample. Crosshead travel is up to 1463 mm (57.6 in). The high accuracy interchangeable XLC Series load cells optimize the machines for tension, compression and cycling through to zero force measurements. The load cells have an accuracy of 0.5%.
The NEXYGENPlus software interacts with Excel and Word, offering you the possibility of automatically transferring your test results directly into your own corporate templates.
The LRPlus Series come in four bench mounted models: the LR5KPlus (up to 5 kN/1124 lbf), LR10KPlus (up to 10 kN/2248 lbf), LR30KPlus (up to 30 kN/6744 lbf), and LR50KPlus (up to 50 kN/11241 lbf).
Furthermore, the LRPlus Series is available in two floor standing models: the LR100KPlus and LR150KPlus with capacities up to 150 kN (33722 lbf).
