Using a non-dispersive infrared sensor, the GasAlertMicro 5 IR monitors carbon dioxide levels while simultaneously monitoring and displaying up to four additional atmospheric hazards including LEL O2, and a range of toxic gases. Although compact and lightweight, the GasAlertMicro 5 IR is extremely rugged and comes housed in a highly concussion-proof enclosure. Audible, visual and vibrator alarms activate in the event of a Low, High, TWA or STEL alarm condition.
For remote sampling, an optional motorized pump is available. Beyond the standard BW portable instrument features you have come to expect: automatic calibration and passcode protection, confidence beep, full function self test, the GasAlertMicro5 IR offers an extended selection of user-settable field options. These options include: STEL/TWA measurement choice, stealth mode, backlight options, selectable ppm resolution, combustible correction factors, user-settable calibration gas concentrations and Multilanguage support.
