The RM - 5400T is a metallic microscope with a unique structure.
As in the stereomicroscope, the microscope body can be fixed to the column at an arbitrary height, so it can be widely used from thin samples to observation of thick samples. In standard specifications up to 115 mm thick sample can be observed. For long pillar type, we can accommodate up to about 415 mm thick samples. Also, since the focusing device is a lens barrel top and bottom type, it also supports samples with weight as compared with the stage upper and lower molds.
Remove the microscope body from the pillar and use it as a coaxial epi-microscope unit with built-in equipment. The back side of the focus arm has a structure that can be incorporated into the production line and equipment of the inspection process and the installation place is expandable. The clenmel and the mechanical stage are removable. You can rotate the direction of the microscope body 360 degrees horizontally with the support as the axis. Also, because of the structure of the infinity correcting optical system it is also possible to arrange such as adding epi-illumination units.
Standard specifications correspond to total magnification 50 times to 500 times. High magnification observation is possible.
High quality plan Achromat objective lens, wide field eyepiece, Kohler illumination (6V 30W halogen lamp) provides clear images to every corner of the field of view.
JIS adapter, C mount adapter (1X) is included as standard in the tri-lens barrel specification, and connection of various microscope cameras is possible. It is also an optical design that allows you to observe at the same time with the naked eye without switching the optical path while shooting with the camera.
Equipped with a lighting system to reduce flicks and stripes during camera shooting.
Polarization observation is also possible. It can be used for observation of samples with polarized properties such as metallic structure, mineral, liquid crystal panel, semiconductor material etc. by standard polarized light equipment as standard equipment, confirmation of the structure and shape of the surface of the product, check of scratches.
