The MZL 50A is the first in-line machine able to check all important features of bearing seals – in this case, shaft seals.
For each side of the seal, two lasers project lines onto the side of the seal and two cameras take images of the rotating test object. The analysing software developed by SKF then evaluates the images and classifies the seals as "OK" or "BAD."
