The VBM 2560-1 module generates in excess of 1W
over an instantaneous frequency range of 2.5-6.0GHz.
It incorporates balanced stages throughout , for high stability and good port VSWR. The design is based on GaAs technology, and incorporates an internal negative voltage generator.
