The full-function 595A and 598A frequency counters by Phase Matrix provides a broad spectrum of pulse and CW microwave and millimeter-wave frequency measurements. These instruments offer automatic and self-contained frequency and peak-power profiling that is ideal for applications such as chirped radar analysis, VCO measurement, and frequency agile system analysis up to 170 GHz (depending on model and options). The 595A measures frequencies up to 20 GHz while the 598A's range goes to 25.6 GHz with an option to extend to 170 GHz.
