The “MAXIMIZER” is a stereo enhancer aimed at the effective and precise control of the amplitude of the signal before it is fed to the transmitter. In order for maximum effectiveness to be achieved, this MPX processor is inserted in the transmission chain after the audio processor. Thus, the “MAXIMIZER” can compensate for any stereo degradation caused by the processor and keeps parameters within the assigned limits.
Experienced broadcasters are acquainted with the sensitivity of the parameters involved in the composite MPX signal. The “MAXIMIZER” effectively controls the amplitude (and therefore modulation depth) without affecting the quality of the output signal.
