The CanNeed "BDD-200A Bead Depth Gauge" is for measuring the bead depth of the can body, with the special designed end measuring holder, end bead depth can also be measured. The fine designed can holder, which ensures the cans keep still during the measuring, and the results are more accuracy.
BDD-200A Bead Depth Gauge is the advanced model compare to the BDD-200, it is consisting of measuring units, digital indicator and data processor, operators only need to move the measuring needle to pass the beads, then the data processor will auto calculate and display the value of bead depth.
With the data processor, it is able to collect the readings from the indicator and calculate the bead depth automatically. Or to purchase the transmitter and cable, it is able to transfer the data to computer or SPC system, so that to avoid the rates of man-made mistake.
