The unit is built with a Nickel-Cadmium (NiCad) battery and can take up to 350 readings on a single charge. Calibration is quick and easy, and only requires a small amount of deionized (DI) water. Our innovative measurement technique using UV-C LED technology delivers stable readings with no lamp warm up time, no disposable cuvettes, and no replaceable lamps.
