The portable cable test set PGT 20-V3,6 is used for testing medium voltage cables with extruded insulation (VPE, PE, EPR insulation) and nominal voltage up to 6.3/11kV in accordance with DIN VDE 0276/620 (CENELEC HD 620). The cable test set works according to the VLF test method. It uses a very low frequency voltage (VLF) of 0.1 Hz and max. 20 kV.
