The 764H Series high-power laser diode mounts use an industrial grade heatsink and cooling fan design to provide an air cooled thermal solution for high power laser diodes and bars. Both free-space and fiber-coupled diode laser bars can be accommodated with the flexible top mounting plate. When connected to Newport's 3700 High Power TEC Controller Model 764H-061 can dissipate up to 61 watts, and model Model 764H-110 can handle up to 110 W of waste heat at 25 Deg C ambient temperature.
